Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or used may not be eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will guide you through the process.
Exchange
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose another available option or request a return.
Refund
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

We recommend checking your order and product condition immediately after delivery. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs.
